Welcome to CDWORKS!
I'm Chris and I created CDWORKS to provide Homeowners, Renters, Property Managers, and Realtors a reliable source for their property service needs.
Every successful relationship is built on prompt and courteous communication, this is a tenet of CDWORKS. Being prepared is another factor affecting efficiency and keeping costs down for the customer. In addition to providing high-quality results, CDWORKS can be trusted in the most scared of places, your home.
My experience started in my youth, working for Uncles on jobs and different home projects. After serving in the U.S. Army and working in the white-collar finance sector, I earned a degree in Computer Aided Drafting while transitioning into the Trades. While a student, I worked as a Rough-Framer building houses for the experience. I was not expecting the satisfaction of seeing the great results from all the effort.
Eventually I would work for the largest development company in Buffalo, NY. That is where I acquired a lot of valuable experiences. Due to the size of the company and my willingness to learn and be flexible, I worked in HVAC(residential/commercial), Painting, and all-around Property Maintenance. I have since worked in Property Maintenance for nearly 20 years, learning and improving with the intent of being able to trouble-shoot and repair almost any property issue.
Today, all of my experience is being offered to customers seeking a professional they can rely on to provide value and lasting high-quality results.

Limitations
As per South Carolina Department of Labor and the South Carolina Contractor's Licensing Board (CLB) and Residential Builders Commission, as well as insurance limitations; CDWORKS LLC is limited from doing any major electrical/plumbing/mechanical (HVAC), and roofs.
CDWORKS is not a registered Contractor. Work requiring a specialized and/or certified contractor can not be completed by CDWORKS. Structural changes, major electrical, plumbing, mechanical, gas work, and roofing are some examples of what CDWORKS is prevented from doing.
Insurance
CDWORKS LLC is fully insured ($1 million/$2 million) and the business is registered with the county of Greenville, SC.
CDWORKS is allowed to
Minor electrical and plumbing (replacing light fixtures and outlets/installing faucets and toilets, among other things). Professional wall repair and painting. Replacing windows and doors. Restoring rotted wood. Installing a variety of flooring. Repairing and installing ceramic/marble tile. Refreshing kitchens/bathrooms, for customers looking for a change but not a complete renovation. CDWORKS can also help with special projects and unique requests, within the scope of what is legally allowed.
Quotes and Pricing
Most jobs/projects can be estimated over the phone or submission at the bottom of this website when including details and pictures.
If an in-person estimate is required, a small fee will be charged that is later deducted from the final completed project cost. Otherwise, over the phone or website submitted estimate requests are free.
CDWORKS is available 9am-5pm Mon-Fri and emergencies outside of those hours at a premium charge.
Receiving Payments
CDWORKS uses a premier CRM for scheduling/invoicing/payments to help streamline the business side of the work being done.
Payment is accepted by Cash, Check, Credit Card, or Venmo.
